If your paddle is found defective within this period, KiwiLabs will, at its discretion:

Replace the defective paddle with a new one (same model or an equivalent value).

If purchased through an authorized retailer, please follow their return/exchange policy first.

KiwiLabs’ replacement obligation will not exceed the original purchase price.

Not Covered Under Warranty
Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, abuse, or negligence

Modifications made after purchase

Fading graphics or excessive edge guard damage

Damage from striking non-pickleball objects (ground, other paddles, etc.)

Purchases from unauthorized sellers (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist)
